Help your workforce turn the corner on what’s possible.

Enterprise AI enablement for your entire organization: workforce training, executive strategy, AI Champions programs, and collaborative hackathons.

Why AI Enablement?

AI tools create potential.Adoption creates
the return.

Your organization is investing in powerful AI tools. But is your team getting the full value from them? Practical AI enablement shortens the distance between “Our company has AI tools” and “Our people know how to use them.”

Keep your workforce’s understanding of AI as current as the AI itself. AI platforms continue to gain new capabilities. No installs. No downtime. Your workforce already has access. Someone who learned to think of AI as a better search box or writing assistant now has access to tools capable of research, analysis, custom assistants, automation, and multi-step workflows, but may not be realizing the full potential of those tools. There can be a significant difference between what AI tools can do and what people believe they can do.

Guided demonstrations and hands-on practice help people discover what’s now possible, recognize where AI fits into their own work, and turn those capabilities into useful, repeatable ways of working.

FAQ

Before you head out...

Answers to the questions we hear most often.

Do you train AI models, or do you train people to use AI?

We train people. Navigate AI Adoption helps employees, teams, and leaders use existing AI tools more effectively in their work. We do not train AI models with organizational data or provide data-labeling services.

Do you train remotely?

Yes, we can lead trainings remotely for a wide variety of timezones.

Do you train in person?

Yes, we provide in-person training across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

How much do your AI training programs cost?

Pricing is listed with each program. Basic Training and AI Thought Partnering sessions start at $500. AI Workshops & Hackathons are $1,000 for up to 30 participants, and Executive Strategy Sessions are $2,000 for up to four executives. Custom pricing is available for larger groups and tailored engagements.

Can you speak at a conference?

Yes, custom content can be tailored to meet your conference needs.

Can you provide basic AI training for a team of beginners?

Yes. We love helping people at the start of their journey. Our foundational offering is Module 1: Basic Training.

Can you provide an advanced AI training for AI thought partnering?

Yes, through Module 2: AI Thought Partnering.

Can you provide an advanced AI training for building AI agents?

Yes, through Module 2 which covers creating Gems and Custom GPTs.

Can you design, plan, and facilitate an AI hackathon?

Yes. This is a popular option. We offer several formats and durations through Module 3: AI Workshops & Hackathons.

How long does an AI hackathon typically last?

Typically, our hackathons last from 3 to 8 hours. However, multi-day hackathons are available.

Can you train our executives in a session first?

Yes, many leaders choose a private session for themselves to understand the AI capabilities before rolling out tools to their team. This training is available through Module 4: Executive Strategy Sessions.

How can we book time to discuss our needs?

Use the calendar tool in the Booking section here to set up a brief call with us.

If our employees already have access to AI tools, what does training add?

Access and adoption are different things. Providing ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, or other AI tools gives employees the capability to use AI, but it does not automatically show them where those tools fit into their work or how to use them effectively.

AI enablement helps employees recognize useful opportunities, practice with real examples, and turn occasional experimentation into repeatable ways of working.

Can't employees just learn AI on their own?

Some will, and those early adopters can become valuable resources inside an organization. But relying entirely on individual exploration often leads to uneven adoption. Some employees become highly capable while others remain unsure where to begin.

Training gives teams a shared foundation, exposes employees to capabilities they may not discover on their own, and accelerates the learning process across the organization.

Our team already uses AI. Would training still be useful?

Very likely. AI capabilities are changing quickly, and the way someone learned to use AI six or twelve months ago may not reflect what their tools can do today.

Training can help experienced users move beyond prompting and basic content creation into thought partnering, custom assistants, research, analysis, automation, and more sophisticated workflows.

How can AI training deliver a return on investment?

The gains do not have to be dramatic to add up. If 30 employees each recover just 15 minutes per week by using AI more effectively, that represents 390 hours of workforce capacity over a year.

Time savings are only part of the potential return. Employees can also discover better ways to research, analyze information, develop ideas, automate repetitive work, and solve problems using tools the organization may already be paying for.

How is this different from a typical "AI 101" presentation?

Our goal is not simply to explain what AI is. We want people to experience what it can do.

Sessions combine demonstrations, practical examples, hands-on experimentation, and discussion of real workplace applications. The goal is for participants to leave with a better understanding of where AI fits into their own work and the confidence to start using it.

How do you keep the training relevant to our organization?

Sessions can be tailored around the AI tools your organization uses, the experience level of your participants, and the kinds of work they actually perform. Depending on the program, we can incorporate relevant workflows, business challenges, examples, and use cases so participants can connect what they learn directly to their work.

For which AI systems do you offer trainings?

ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google AI Tools (Gemini and NotebookLM)
